NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Locations: Toronto, ON and Los Angeles, CA
As a National Account Manager at Sentro, you will focus on the fast-paced brokerage aspect of our business, helping customers move their inventory in the most cost-effective way by identifying and providing logistics solutions. You will create and manage your individual portfolio of accounts through constant communication with prospects, customers and carriers alike. These conversations include, but are not limited to, determining carrier availability, negotiating rates based on market trends, identifying and resolving issues.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in 3PL, Freight Forwarding or Trucking preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in dealing with “C” level management
  • Consultative sales experience preferred
  • Positive and high energy
  • Confident decision-making skills
  • Strong ability to negotiate
  • Bachelor’s degree desired
