Locations: Toronto, ON and Los Angeles, CA
The Logistics Coordinator works alongside a team of account managers to help support the daily operations of existing customers. As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for growing customer accounts by providing outstanding customer service and developing impactful relationships with customer and carrier contacts.
Daily Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with customers’ planners, logistics teams, and facilities.
- Work with customer contacts to understand their shipping needs.
- Manage volume intake of customers’ shipments and update Sentro’s proprietary technology to reflect current status of loads.
- Work with Carrier Managers and Carrier Sales Reps to ensure shipments are covered with the best viable option.
- Schedule loads and communicate any transit issues to respective parties.
- React with sense of urgency to solve problems and look for ways to improve operational inefficiencies.
- Work with Accounting Department and Carrier Reps to ensure accurate invoices.
- Collaborate with team and manager to come up with ways to improve and grow accounts.
- Execute Sentro’s SOP according to customers’ needs.

- 1–2 years of sales operations, customer service, or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree desired
- 3PL experience preferred
